Terms of booking:
All prices are inclusive of VAT (at current rate) when applicable
Accommodation may be substituted for an alternative of equal or higher
value, without notice
Check in from 3 pm. Early check in from noon at £20 per suite
Check out by 11 am - Late check outs subject to an additional days rate
Cars parked completely at owners risk (1 space per suite)
No responsibility can be accepted for any guest property
Stag, Hen & Party groups are not catered to and may be refused
accommodation without refund
Deposits are one third and are non transferable
Balances are due 1 month prior to arrival and are non refundable
Unpaid balances will forfeit the booking and deposit within 28 days of
arrival
Holiday Insurance is recommended
Breakages, damages and missing items will be charged without further
notice
Any change to a booking will incur a £20 administration fee, once
approved
Accommodation should be left in a clean and tidy condition, with all
rubbish removed. Failure to do so incurs a minimum fee of £20, with
excessive cleaning billed at £20 per hour or part there of
The Berkeley retains the right to curtail/end/terminate/cancel the
stay/contract should the behavior of any member of the booking be
considered detrimental to The Berkeley or other guests
Lift operational only when staff/owner on premises |
