We offer dog friendly accommodation (designated apartments only) to people of all ethnic backgrounds, religions and sexual preference without discrimination. Pets, like children are not to be left alone in the accommodation.Our accommodation is aimed toward the family, couple and business market. For this reason we do not cater for ‘party weekends’ or similar, other groups may be welcome.We have a choice of various sized suites over four levels, the building offers ramped access, for wheelchair users. We house the oldest lift in Blackpool dating back to 1926 which services all floors. The lift is in service only when the building is staffed, and guests should not book if they are dependant on it, we offer 3 ground floor suites, Mobility, Monarch and Premier.Due to the buildings architectural design, wheelchair users travelling alone will probably not be able to access the building.Guests with hearing difficulties are welcome, if travelling with someone who, or can themselves recognise/hear the fire alarm system in the event of an emergency.

We will always do all we can to meet any specific needs. The Berkeley has a zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour and/or abusive language towards owner, staff and fellow guests. As a guest of The Berkeley, please remember that while you are staying in your own self contained apartment, you are a guest in my home, which should be treated with respect at all times. Should your behaviour at any point be deemed unacceptable, without exception, you and your entire party will be asked to leave without any form of refund being made.

The Berkeley is staffed Monday to Saturday from 9am to 1pm and for guest arrival times only. Your arrival time is very important to us, to ensure there is someone on hand to greet you. Outside of these times, you will be given a contact number for use in emergency only
